Content and rights holders
The website may publish text, prayers, photographs, videos, artwork, documents, logos and graphics. Different items may have different authors or rights holders. Their presence on the website does not, by itself, prove that the parish owns all rights.
Images, marks and third-party material
Use the parish name and logo only with permission from the person or entity entitled to authorize that use. Before publishing an identifiable person's photograph, the responsible service should verify that it has appropriate permission or another applicable basis, with particular care when a child is shown.
Third-party material remains subject to its licence or permission. A public link does not authorize copying a photograph, text or logo.
Request permission or report material
Identify the page, the material, the right involved and the action requested. The rights holder or responsible service should review the report and confirm an appropriate response channel.
