These terms cover the public institutional portal and the information pages it operates. Visiting or using the portal means that you agree to use it lawfully and to respect the rights of other people. These terms do not replace school rules, university regulations, an enrollment agreement, an admission decision or a parish arrangement.
02Information, forms and accounts
Portal information helps visitors find the relevant service. A link, visit or submitted inquiry is not an admission, enrollment, reservation, payment, sacramental confirmation or service contract unless the relevant service confirms otherwise in writing.
Use the form intended for your request. Do not submit passwords or sensitive records through a general contact form. When an authenticated service is available, keep credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access through the service's published contact channel.
03Acceptable use and security
Do not:
- bypass authentication, authorization or other security controls;
- impersonate another person or submit a request without authority;
- disrupt the service, introduce malicious code or send abusive automated requests;
- submit unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory or rights-infringing content;
- copy or reuse protected material beyond what applicable law permits without the relevant permission.
04Availability, third-party links and changes
The portal may be unavailable during maintenance or because of events outside the operator's control. External links are operated by third parties, who are responsible for their own content and terms. The portal may be updated, suspended or changed; a change to these terms will be reflected by the date above.
05Intellectual property, applicable law and contact
The rights to portal content remain with the relevant creators or rights holders. These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable in the Gabonese Republic, subject to mandatory rules. The legal entity operating this portal and the appropriate legal contact must be confirmed by the Institution; use the contact page for general requests in the meantime.
