The shared portal helps visitors locate a service. It is not a school or university record system and should not be used to submit documents that belong in a dedicated secure admissions or student service.
A request may be forwarded to the school, university or parish when the visitor chooses that service. The receiving service and its controller must be identified for each flow.
02Separation of records and access
A person's school, university or parish information should be limited to the service and people who need it for the stated task. The school application includes server-side role controls and database policies; those controls do not determine the legal controller or replace review of account provisioning and parental authority.
Parents using the authenticated school portal can read records for student profiles linked to their own parent profile under the database policies reviewed. That technical link is not, by itself, proof that parental authority was verified when an application was collected.
03Children and sensitive information
Gabonese Law No. 025/2023 provides specific rules for data relating to a person under 18 and for sensitive information, including religious opinions and health data. The school and university admission forms need an administrative and technical review of the express parental-authorization step before the Institution can describe that workflow as verified.
Do not send health, financial, school or identity documents through the shared contact portal. Use only a form that explicitly requests the document for the relevant service.
