01Material and rights holders
The portal may display text, logos, photographs, video, documents, artwork and other material. Each item may have a different author or rights holder. Publication on a website does not by itself transfer rights to the Institution or grant a general reuse licence.
02Names, logos and images
The school, university, parish and institutional names and logos should be used only with permission from the person or entity entitled to authorize that use. Before publishing a recognizable person's image, the responsible service must verify that it has an appropriate permission or other applicable basis, especially where a child is shown.
03Student, research and third-party work
Student work, research publications, dissertations, theses, photographs and contributions remain subject to the rights of their authors and any valid agreement or licence. This notice does not claim ownership of student or academic work. Third-party content must be credited and used within the permission or licence that applies to it.
04Request permission or report content
Identify the content, its page, the right you believe is affected and the requested action. The appropriate rights holder or responsible service should review the report and respond through a verified contact channel.
