Texts, layouts, logos, photographs, videos, documents and graphic elements may have different rights holders. Publication on this website does not automatically transfer to the University rights in student, researcher or third-party work. Check any licence notice, agreement and named rights holder before reusing content.
The UIL-BJ name, Berthe & Jean logos and the identities of establishments or partners remain the property of their respective owners. The presence of a logo or link does not authorize use of the brand or constitute endorsement of third-party content.
Photographs of students, candidates, staff and visitors should be published only within an authorized framework and after the necessary checks regarding image rights, minors and identifiable people.
Viewing and sharing a link to a public page are permitted when the source and integrity of the content are preserved. Short quotations must remain proportionate, attributed and must not create confusion about the origin of the content.
Dissertations, theses, articles, teaching materials, software and other contributions remain subject to their authors’ rights and applicable agreements. Deposit, publication, embargo, citation and reuse must be considered under the University’s rules and commitments made with authors or partners.
To reuse text, an image, a logo or a document, write to contact@uil-universite.com and describe the content, medium, duration and territory of the intended use. Student or researcher work may be subject to additional rules.
