Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the public website of the Université Internationale de Libreville Berthe & Jean, its forms and the digital services actually provided. Visiting the website implies compliance with the laws applicable in Gabon and these rules.

They do not replace the academic regulations, training agreement, admission decisions or official documents issued by the University.

Programs, calendars, entry requirements, requested documents, fees and available places may change. An online request is a contact or review step; it is not an admission, registration, seat reservation or final payment.

Applicants should confirm the official decision and applicable arrangements with the administration before making any commitment.

When an authenticated area is available, the account is personal. Login details, admission documents and academic information must not be shared with a third party. Any suspicion of unauthorized access should be reported promptly.

The following is prohibited in particular:

• bypassing authentication, authorization or security measures;
• impersonating an applicant, student or staff member;
• introducing malware, disrupting the service or automating abusive requests;
• transmitting unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory or rights-infringing content;
• mass-copying data, documents, photographs or content without authorization.

The University takes reasonable measures to maintain the website, without guaranteeing permanent availability or the absence of errors. Links may lead to partner or provider websites; their content and practices are the responsibility of their respective operators.
