Responsibilities
Lead and chair the University Council and implement the deliberations of the governing bodies.
Represent the University, conclude authorised agreements and ensure institutional communication.
Prepare and oversee the execution of the budget, exercise authority over staff and ensure campus safety.
Monitor teaching and research programs, teacher training and the development of scientific capacity.
Supervise centres, laboratories, research teams, ceremonies and scientific or cultural events.
Promote university cooperation.
