On Wednesday, 1 February 2023 at 9:30 a.m., Li Jinjin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Gabonese Republic, addressed students of Université Internationale de Libreville during a discussion conference entitled “China — an extraordinary decade in the new era”.
