Created following an agreement signed on 7 March 2014 between Institution Internationale Berthe et Jean and Université Internationale d’Agadir – Universiapolis, EPL places its education within Gabonese-Moroccan cooperation.

The initial model combined two years of preparatory study and one year of pre-specialisation in Libreville, followed by the engineering cycle in Agadir.
